Since its founding in 1991, PMCC has assisted construction companies ranging in size from 20 employees to over 10,000 to improve the performance of projects. Process and Procedure In order to promote the usage of best practice Project Management often involves the introduction of common project management practices across the company. PMCC can facilitate the process of generating project process and procedures that support the organization. From the initial effort to determine the process workflow through the implementation of the procedures and the training of the project and management staff, PMCC can guide, mentor, and facilitate the cultural change that often accompanies the introduction of new or changed process and procedures.
Mentoring/Facilitating Project managers and project organizations are constantly struggling with issues related to engineering changes, variation requests from vendors, changing site conditions, management’s desire for more information and a host of other issues.
